The Scottish Rite Learning Center was chosen as a “Giving for Living” organization by the Settlement Club. We will receive twenty-five, $25 gift certificates to be distributed to the parents and staff for use at the annual Settlement Club Garage Sale on November 3-5, 2006. |

The Scottish Rite Learning Center of Austin was reaccredited for the next 5 years as a national training site for academic language therapists by the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC). This recognition is bestowed to training centers that adhere to stringent training requirements and are qualified to prepare individuals to become Certified Academic Language Therapists through the Academic Language Therapy Association. |

The Scottish Rite Learning Center of Austin was selected by the Junior League of Austin as a “Done in a Day” project. The Center was awarded $1000 to beautify, decorate and update the Center. Thank you, Junior League of Austin! |
